A structured, evidence-led engagement that takes a school from uncertainty to inspection confidence in one term. Delivered on site and remotely, aligned to your inspection framework, and built around the way inspectors actually gather and weigh evidence.

Weeks 1–3

Diagnostic & Evidence Audit

A forensic review of self-evaluation, data, safeguarding records and curriculum documentation against the relevant inspection framework.

Weeks 4–6

Leadership Alignment

Senior and middle leaders are coached to articulate intent, impact and improvement priorities with clarity and evidence.

Weeks 7–9

Classroom Practice & Learning Walks

Joint lesson visits, work scrutiny and calibration so judgements made in school match those made by inspectors.

Mock Inspection & Sign-Off

Pricing reflects 26 years of senior international leadership, advisory and inspection experience, and the senior-level attention your school receives across the full twelve weeks. All fees are quoted in pound sterling (GBP) and converted to your local currency at the point of engagement, so schools in any region receive a clear, consistent rate.

  • All fees are in pound sterling (GBP) exclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • For engagements outside the UK, fees are converted to your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate when the proposal is issued.
  • International travel and accommodation for on-site work are agreed in advance and charged at cost.
  • Payment schedules are flexible: typically 50% on commencement and 50% at the midpoint of the programme.
  • The £100 consultation fee is deducted in full from the final project cost when a programme is commissioned.

Work is delivered directly by an adviser with school improvement, cluster advisory and shadow inspection experience — never subcontracted — and always handled with complete confidentiality.

Experience

Advisory grounded in inspection and improvement practice

Rozette Fowell brings 26 years of hands-on international education experience across the UK, UAE, Ghana and Bahrain — from classroom teaching and middle leadership to Vice Principal, Principal and Director, Head of School, Head of Elementary, educational advisory, school improvement consultancy and founding an international school. She has led diverse school communities, developed curriculum and assessment systems, and translated strategic priorities into measurable, sustained improvement.

As a culture and people developer, she builds trust, coaches teachers and leaders at every level, designs professional-learning communities and creates internal capacity that outlasts any single engagement. Her evidence-informed approach uses achievement, attendance, behaviour and participation data to diagnose need, evaluate impact and guide decisions. This rare combination of senior leadership, advisory, inspection and school-founding experience means schools work with someone who has not just studied improvement — she has delivered it.
